Our Groups

BKS Guild:
The Guild, open to both men and women, prepares Kiddushim each Shabbat for the congregation and special Kiddushim for those who are celebrating a special simcha. The Guild Co-ordinator is Georgie ph 32455496. 

BKS Mens Group
The Men's Group assists the Guild in setting up for functions, prerpares the Annual Shavuot Dinner and meets regularly for Tefillin and Brunch.

Friends of the Synagogue:
Friends of the Synagogue  is a group of non-synagogue members who join us for social functions and services. Membership is not restricted to Jewish persons. Please contact us if you would like to join and be placed on the FOS mailing list.

BKS Support:
We have a team of volunteers who co-ordinate a response to those of our synagogue family who are unwell, bereaved or isolated. BKS works closely with Queensland Jewish Comunity Services and other community groups involved in communal support. If you or a member of your family need support, please contact us.
