Notes:

*     Associate membership is for those who belong to another congregation 
       but also wish to participate and/or support BKS

**   Country membership is for those who's geographical location inhibits their participation, 
       either because they are unable to attend but still wish to retain affiliation, or 
       who need to travel some distance to participate in the congregation.

***  Friend of the Synagogue category is for non jewish folk who feel an affinity with, 
       or are exploring conversion to, judaism and those from other faiths acting in an interfaith capacity.
